It’s hard to believe March is almost over and we are a quarter of the way through 2015.  This has been a busy year so far, which I am very thankful for.  I’ve been working a lot with Florida Little Dog Rescue, assisting with their medical care and adoption events.  The most recent being the Global Pet Expo, a very huge event for the rescue in terms of adoptions and donations.

It’s also spring time which means cleaning out the old stuff, opening the windows, and freshening up…this is not only for the house, but for our bodies too!

Spring is the season of new growth and is associated with movement, growth, and physical activity.  Massage can help with increasing circulation, releasing endorphins (the feel good hormones), relieving sore and achy muscles, and helping with sinus/tension/migraine headaches that tend to come with the changing of the seasons.

Call today to schedule your appointment for a refreshing head, neck and face massage to relieve the pressure or even a full body massage to get ready for the spring season.  407-436-2122spring
